Den færøske abortbevægelse som retorisk reproduktivt medborgerskab

En ny social bevægelse på Færøerne så dagens lys i 2018, da foreningen Frítt Val, der kæmper for fri abortret, blev stiftet. I denne artikel analyseres bevægelsens kampagner som en form og udtryk for retorisk-reproduktivt medborgerskab, eller hvad jeg med henvisning til Michel Foucaults forfatterskab kalder biopolitisk deliberation, og understreger hvordan institutionel magt kan forstås gennem modstanden til den. Gennem kampagner der fremhæver flerstemmige og mangfoldige oplevelser med abort, belyser Frítt Val den nuværende lovgivnings indskrænkende norm for reproduktion, og med afsæt i analyser af disse, plæderer jeg for at imødekomme Foucaults plads i retorisk tænkning, og hvordan begreber så som modhandlinger (contre-conduit) også bør finde vej i ind i retoriske analyser af sociale bevægelser.
