Krisekommunikation som model for virksomhedsretorik?
Forslag til en teori om retorisk konstituerede kriser og organisationer

Denne artikel argumenterer for, at aktuelle krisekommunikationsteorier savner et retorisk perspektiv på kriser. De anlægger et organisations-centrisk perspektiv og betragter kriser som apriorisk givne fænomener, hvilket gør dem ude af stand til at belyse, hvordan organisationskommunikation i sig selv konstruerer kriser. Artiklen foreslår at genindskrive retorik i krisekommunikationsfeltet ved hjælp af stasislære og framingteori. Hermed understøttes et syn på både organisationer og kriser som kommunikatvt konstituerede. Ved at introducere CCO-teori (”communication as constitiutive of organizations”) præsenterer artiklen en analytisk ramme, der anskuer kriser som retoriske framingprocesser. Denne gentænkning af krisekommunikationsteori kan samtidig yde et bidrag til en generel teori om virksomhedsretorik.
