Retorik og krisekommunikation
Abstract
Ord som ‘krise’, ‘krisestyring’ og ‘krisekommunikation’ er i disse år kommet på alles læber, fra politikere og rådgivere til vælgere og borgere, og fra administrerende direktører og informationschefer til ansatte og forbrugere. Med udgangspunkt i en kritisk præsentation af William Benoits teori om image-genoprettelsesstrategier forsøger Finn Frandsen og Winni Johansen at vise, hvordan retorikken kan bidrage til en analyse af krisekommunikation. Forfatterne inddrager eksempler fra to af de seneste års mest omtalte kriser i Danmark: PFA-sagen med Trads og Thorsen og V6-sagen med Dandy og Aarhus Universitet.
