Berørte kroppe: Forsinkede anklager, affekt og afmagt

Opsigtsvækkende anklager om krænkelser og overgreb, som ligger årtier tilbage i tiden, har med metoo-bevægelsen fyldt i den offentlige samtale. Gennem en læsning af et konkret eksempel fra 2018 reflekteres der i artiklen over, hvorfor mange af anklagerne først fremsættes længe efter det hændte. Afsættet for analysen er retsretorik i kombination med en affektteoretisk betoning af krop, affekt og følelsers betydning i offentlig retorik og for retorisk agency. Der peges på, hvordan det ikke er ligetil at fremsætte en anklage mod en foruretter, når krop og sind er stærkt berørt. Den forurettede kan, udover at mangle en igangværende samtale med en retorisk anledning og et kollektivt sprog, som faciliterer anklagen, befinde sig i en affektiv tilstand og forståelseskrise, hvor et narrativ om det hændte ikke lader sig konstruere
